Shipping policy

We offer free ground shipping on retail orders over $50 within the US with code FREESHIP23 for shipping rates under $35.  Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days (processing times may take 1-3 additional business days throughout the holiday season.) Unless you request otherwise, we generally ship by UPS, USPS or FedEx ground.  Because retail orders ship from Pennsylvania, most orders placed with regular ground shipping within the continental US will reach you within 3-6 business days - although we have found long delays with USPS shipments even if using Priority Mail.  Please note that FedEx & UPS shipping times count business days and do not normally count or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays, so if you place an order on the Friday before a holiday weekend, you may not receive your order until the following Tuesday even if you choose overnight shipping.

Please be aware that shipments from the US to outside the US may take 4-6 weeks for delivery and may incur additional tax and import fees.
